2. Our annual building fundraising for maintenance on our post is coming up soon. We have a new floor to pay for and could use a lot of help this year. It's only 3 days, November 7th, 8th and 9th. Any time you could volunteer to man a table would be appreciated. Contact Waymon Bonner- 503 928 9941 or bonner.waymon@gmail.com to schedule a few hours.
3. Our Veterans Day activities will be different this year, instead of an Open House there is a Kiwanis Hosted veterans luncheon at 12 pm; the Post honor guard will be going to the Gilman Grove Adult facility to honor the veterans residing there at 3 pm, and then there will be pie and pizza at 5 pm at the Post provided by the DAR.
